Human Resource Development provides students an understanding of how to support their organization by gaining knowledge and skills in all administrative functions. Students will learn how to plan, direct and coordinate programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of an organization's employees. The program is for individuals currently working in or aspiring to serve in human resource development roles in a variety of organizational settings. HRD emphasizes a comprehensive view of the field, including training and development, learning in the workplace, organization development, and performance improvement.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must have earned at least a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college in the United States or a comparable degree from a recognized institution of higher learning abroad. Students are required to have any one of the following: Bachelor degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management; Bachelor's degree - 4 - 5 years. They must have TOEFL score of greater than 610 and have GPA of 4/5 or 75% if B = 75 - 84% or 80% if B = 80 - 89% . English Language Requirements: TOEFL iBT - 79-102; TOEFL CBT - 213-253, TOEFL PBT - 550-610, IELTS (academic exam) - 6.5 with a score of 6 or higher in all sub-sections.
