在這里學什么？The only Master of Cultural Studies on offer in Australia, this program covers diverse topics of popular culture, media, gender, sexuality, globalisation and consumer culture. Using real-world examples, you will learn to analyse cultural forms and debate their significance in context.
Through this degree, you will also engage critically with culture in its manifest expressions and gain insight into identity, self-expression and embodiment.

Graduate opportunities
Understanding cultural processes is key in many fields of work, from government and community sectors through to the arts, education and communication industries. One of the study options is an internship that enables you to undertake a research project with a relevant organisation upon departmental approval.
If you complete the dissertation component at Distinction level or above, you will be eligible to apply for a research degree.
Future study options
Graduates of the Master of Cultural Studies who have completed a dissertation with a meritorious grade are eligible to pursue a higher degree by research in their chosen subject area.

為來自中國的學生設計 Applicants need to have one of the following: a bachelor’s degree with first or second-class honours from the University of Sydney or another approved institution; an equivalent qualification that demonstrates sufficient research experience and capability. English Language Requirements: TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing; IELTS score: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band; TOEFL - PBT score: A minimum result of 592 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing.課程信息
