Our MS in Accounting program is supported by an advisory council of top Denver accounting professionals. Curriculum

Our curriculum consists of 30 credit hours and is aligned with the US GAAP and international financial reporting standards and practices. We offer courses targeting topics covered on the CPA exam, so you’ll be well-prepared when you sit for the exam.

Accounting prerequisite coursework (9 hours)

If you have not had a formal accounting education, you will need to complete an additional four courses or 9 hours of prerequisite coursework to ensure you have a strong accounting foundation. This coursework does not need to be completed at the time of admission and can be waived based on previous academic coursework.

中國學(xué)生入學(xué)要求

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 The applicant has earned a bachelor’s degree in the US or has successfully completed a minimum of 2 semesters (a minimum of 12 credits) of full-time study in a graduate-level master’s program at an accredited institution in the US and obtained a “B” (3.00) cumulative GPA or higher. The applicant obtains a composite score of 75 or above on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL, iBT) (minimum subscores of 15 in Reading, 15 in Listening, 19 in Speaking, and 20 in Writing) or a composite score of 6.5 or above on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) (minimum subscores of 5.5 in each area).
