在這里學什么?Our Master of Dispute Resolution (MDR) is designed for exceptional students and professionals who desire graduate study in Alternative Dispute Resolution. The MDR is offered by USC Gould's comprehensive Judge Judith O. Hollinger Program in Alternative Dispute Resolution on a part-time or full-time basis.
The MDR is a 24 unit degree program. No law degree is required for the MDR and you do not need to take the LSAT to apply.
In addition to building valuable negotiation, mediation and arbitration skills as an advocate for a client or as a neutral, you will develop and hone business management skills to optimally position yourself for leadership roles in ADR organizations.
You'll also be taking the same types of classes, in the same buildings and with the same exceptional faculty as law students at USC Gould.
Students may begin their studies in the fall or spring semesters.
