在這里學(xué)什么？ The BA(Hons) Business and Law programme at Oxford Brookes will appeal to students who recognise the contribution that a combination of studying business and law can make to their studies and to their future career. The Business and Law degree is run jointly by the Business School and the School of Law, and taught by lecturers from both schools. You will take a combination of law and business modules on a programme designed to deliver a first rate understanding of both subjects, and in depth insights into the relationship between business and law in a commercial context. As a result, you will be equipped with the business and legal knowledge to help you build a fulfilling career across a range of roles in business and beyond. Studying this course will help you develop the ability to:- problem solve- make effective decisions- analyse critically - present persuasive arguments.The aim of the course is to enable graduates to develop an analytical and evidence-based approach to key aspects of business and law in today’s complex international context. Through active learning and enquiry, students will exercise initiative and personal responsibility in order to develop the ability to learn independently and to engage in critical enquiry and personal development. A broad awareness of organisational life including knowledge of the business and commercial environments within which all organisations function will underpin students’ ability to make decisions in complex and unpredictable contexts. Graduates will have a broad, interdisciplinary education knowing that this background will equip them for a wide range of successful careers underpinned by sound business knowledge and a deep understanding of key areas of law that affect the commercial environment. Studying business and law involves the development of the ability to critically evaluate arguments, assumptions and data, present arguments persuasively, develop a questioning and critical approach to the formulation of business decisions, a thorough understanding of areas of law such as contract law, company law and employment law. Graduates will be comfortable with using and interpreting a range of quantitative and qualitative data, legal sources such as case law and legislation, and communicating information with clarity and confidence using appropriate media.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Qualifications equivalent to UK A-levels: Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate PLUS a recognition foundation course. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate plus Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination/National College Entrance Examination/NCEE). IELTS 6.0-7.0, with 6.0 in reading and writing, and 5.5 in listening and speaking. One year of university in China achieving at least 75% overall.
