在這里學(xué)什么？ Biomedical engineering fuses engineering with medicine to improve healthcare delivery, and develops innovative technologies for prognosis, diagnosis, monitoring and treatment. The technological developments taking place in medicine, engineering, physics, maths and computer science means biomedical engineering is a rapidly growing field, with emergent technologies and an expanding global industry.**Why study BEng/MEng Biomedical Engineering at Middlesex University?**This course is an degree is exciting multi-disciplinary study in engineering covering anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, implants and prosthetics, medical instrumentation and rehabilitation. It has been designed to meet the current needs of healthcare providers by training biomedical engineers who can design and improve both existing and emergent systems, devices and treatments.Building upon previous experiences in applied mathematics and physics or other applied sciences, this degree will develop a wide range of engineering knowledge and skills to contribute to improving quality of or saving lives in the healthcare industry or healthcare delivery.
